This is a totally fun thing to do. I gave this to my son and his wife....it is just scraps of glass (cut into 1 inch squares) and ordered according to my funny need to have rainbow colors. In it i placed some garage sale treasures (glass) and a bottle that my son had found somewhere, and the end of a broken beer bottle that someone dumped on my sidewalk, extra glass jewels and other junk (the glass reflector off an old stop sign), and just soldered the whole thing up. Have fun. This pattern is so simple to make, just take a ruler out and draw a grid of one inch squares, or purchase the pdf file (please request the size you wish (in square inches....(LOL) and i will send a pdf for you to print. Its certainly satisfying to be creative with the left overs, and good for the environment. Use your imagination...for a custom piece
