St Matthews church in Norwood (greater cincinnati area) has had its name changed but the church appears to be functioning with a school and also the interior and the glass windows are well preserved (updated and repaired, as i can see the new lead solder joints). This quilt block pattern is taken from just the lower border (orange and blue glass painted so here they might be appliqued for fabric and i put cut lines in for stained glass.

So this block for glass and or fabric is simple cross and a ring in the center.
