This isnt really a quilt pattern per se, but it could be a teddy bear applique pattern for a child's quilt.  All the teddy bears with different tiny quilts with different colors..... could even have a fringe on the bottom edge of the teddy bear's squilt to give it depth and interest to young hands and eyes.   You could enlarge (or i can enlarge it for you) the pattern and you could replicate it 20 times, rows of 4 and 5 deep, and sash the inbetween areas with small square quilt blocks that match the tiny scraps in the teddy bears quilt. 

If i had any new grandkids, you can be sure i would make one of these for them.
