I can adapt this pattern for you to create a custom pattern, just ask.  Two versions of the pattern are here, one with the dimensions of 30 x 11.669 with a slightly wider border at the top and bottom of the transom pattern to accomodate the window custom, and the other with the same border all the way around, which can be enlarged to any size that keeps the ratio of 30x10.337.  Enlarged patters are included in the pattern pdf sent by email after purchase.
