One of my favorite types of quilt blocks is the flower basket pattern with triangles and squares on the 45 degree angle.  Change out the colors in the flower and leaf triangles and squares and repeat this design several times as suncatchers in your quilting room windows. 

A variation would be to make the block without the border. 

If you want this made into a repeating pattern, just ask...or I may actually do that right now.
