Delivery of stained glass patterns (all patterns) is by email unless otherwise requested

We try to have all patterns delivered within one working day of receipt of your order. If you have not received your pattern in this amount of time, please contact me at marian(at)pdqpatterns.com;  513 7515018 so that we can find out whether the patterns are lost in cyberspace (as occasionally happens). Before contacting us however, the most common reason for a pattern not being received is that it has been sent to a spam folder and escaped the attention of the recipient.

Another common problem arises from the fact that some email accounts do not allow attachments of several megabytes to be received. If you suspect this is the problem, we can create files of lower file size which should make it through. I also will receive a "returned email" which will allow me to determine what has happened. It is important for our service to you, that we have a valid phone number, or perhaps a second email address, so that we can contact you if the primary email does not work. We are committed to making the file transfer successful and timely.

I promise not to provide email or other private information to other companies or individuals. We have a newsletter (PDQpatterns e-news) which will be sent intermittently to individuals who purchase goods from us which will arrive by email link to the current and archived issues. We have not enabled credit card purchases thus have no access to that information. No other uses of your data will be allowed. Privacy Notice

Security: I take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. I don’t take credit cards, and use paypal only for your security. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page. While encryption protects sensitive information transmitted online, I also protect your information offline. The only information I request is for filling orders, billing or customer service. My computer and the server (hosted by Siteground) in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
