Please be advised that I made this pattern for a dear personal friend for a friend of his that works at ReMax.  This pattern i cannot charge for, like the other variations that I made for him, however, if you write a product review on a DIFFERENT pattern, then i will share it with you.  Review first, pattern sent after.  THanks for understanding.  This pattern comes at a dimension of 12 x 18, no smaller pattern available so plan to take it to some quick print to have it printed.
