Davidic harp 1

This great stained glass pattern of a Davidic harp was inspired by an ancient coin, or amulet. Though I don't really have a clue what all the symbolism is, it seems that the circles and the lines in below the strings in the harp, because the count is 12, probably represent each of the 12 tribes of Israel. I used this division of space to make it easier to create the glass cuts for the harp, and matched them in a rotated format to create the border. The offset nature of the "12 lined star" gives it a contemporary feel. This, like all our liturgical patterns are free to clergy, rabbis and priests etc. Please contact me for custom sizing, and "make a joyful noise."
