This very long and thin transom pattern (enlarges to 60 inches x 8 inches) can have your numbers (limit 4) and street name (also limit 4) adapted for this size.  Other words can be made but will increase the width to height ratio even more.  Borders when enlarged to 60 inches wide are 1.5 inches. No color available. Pattern sent at a reduced size, but any quick print store can enlarge it.
