Custom house number transom pattern 710 with squares and "broadway" font.  THis pattern comes 5 x 10 but can be enlarged to anything with those aspect ratios.  If you make the pattern at the small size, then the squares are "LESS than 1 inch sq" ( 0.77 actually). so enlargement is advisable.
