Create this panel for your garden, as stained glass.  You can put the leaves ontop or behind the wheelbarrow and stagger the flowers dimensionally.  by continuing the lines of the stones, and soldering the wheelbarrow on top of that base, more dimensionality would be seen.  This will also work as a flat piece.  I am not versed in adding metal stakes, that you will have to google for instructins.
