This pattern is open, no framing, and no filling in between the objects.  I should be build with the back fence panels soldered to the three front panels (in layers from back to front) and then the flowers soldered to the thick wire which becomes the stems of the flowers.

At the top, the wire can be bent backwards slightly over the tops of the fence.  This panel is build in layers.  Hangers can be used, or the fence can be staked into a garden.
