Prairie style window in a hexagon.  If you make this 24 inches wide, then the bevels can be purchased from delphi glass,  and they will fit if you order 1 inch x 5 inch bevels.   Otherwise use ordinary glass in stead of the bevels and make the hexagon any size you like.   This has roundels or bottle bottoms (if you know how to pop your own beer bottle bottoms out of a beer bottle,  go for it.... adjustments in the pattern will not be that great... after you print the pattern just trace around your own bottle bottoms and adjust the adjacent pieces of glass in the pattern accordinly.  I found instructions online on how to pop the bottoms out of beer bottles, but could never make it work...maybe i am too week or chicken.   If you have a college student around... likely they will do it for you.
