This is a stained glass pattern not for the faint of heart.  I think it should be made at least 26 inches in diameter.  But the fun thing will be to choose the colors of the glass.  A particularly good stained glass pattern for scrap glass, is this, forcing one to be ecclectic in the color choices.  Would love to see pictures of this finished.  Thanks to Aaron for his original design that I have had much fun adapting to different formats.
