Lots of heart patterns this month, as they help me get over the outcome of the 2024 elections. I wasn't happy about the outcome but will do my best to be civil and responsible, and receptive to what happens ahead.  making love patterns really does trigger those great hormones (seratonin, dopamine, oxytocin)... that helps me,  albeit not quite as stimulating as the adrenalin and anger that i get when i watch lies and fraud and grumbling and accusations... LOL.... most of the public really doesnt realize they are being "fed" in their endocrine systems by what they watch and hear....   be careful.
