This unicorn pattern for stained glass is expressly designed for one of those wooden boxes available in craft stores into which a clear glass or stained glass "top" for the lid can be placed.  I can modify the pattern somewhat to match your jewelry box size if you ask.  It is pretty simple with not that many pieces.
