This is a variation on the red retriever pattern 1, it has a slightly more complicated mouth.  It depends upon how big you make this panel whether you want the simpler mouth or this one.  There is a variation of this with a border, and even more detail in the nose found on http://estainedglasspatterns.com in the animals category.
