A pattern from this stained glass site was customized with a logo, or studio name.  The solder lines are used only in this pattern to accentuate the letters of the panel.  The way to make the word stand out is to use a much wider copper foil for the areas which create the words, than the very thin width of copper foil used for the rest of the panel.  This way the solder lines are thick.  If only a portion of a straight line is to be "thick" then use your scissors to round off the abrupt corners of the thick copper foil at the point where it ends to give a more finished look.
