Mayan glyph stained glass pattern.  This character (according to wikipedia) is the character lamat which is the symbol for "seed" or "star".  It is easy to see the resemblance to the star, perhaps the four circles are the seeds.  I think it is interesting how the ancient glyphs have the three little curly feet at the bottom.  The modern glyphs don't have those, and they are all in the shape of a bird's head.
