It is hard for me to decide whether i like to do mosaic or quilting or stained glass or sculpting or scrapbooking best.  Ha Ha, all require putting little pieces together.... so that tells you something about my personality.  Here is a variation on a traditional quilt block and cross pattern made for mosaic or stained glass.  One could applique this as well.
