Jesus gave three parables to help us understand the kingdom of God: the Parable of the Sower, the Parable of the Growing Seed and the Parable of the Mustard Seed. This is an image representing the parable of the growing seed, beginning with the seed (center of the panel) going into the earth and then sprouting with leaves, blooming and then producing fruit (which in the KJV is translated as corn, but probably more generic than CORN) which is ready for harvest. The sun and moons represent the scriptural references to day and night "This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. All by itself the soil produces corn—first the stalk, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come.' (Mark 4:26–29) Any pattern to be made for clergy, of any faith, is free, and clergy may request a free completed panel just sending an email to me
